Northern Line Extension

London Underground is extending the Northern Line between Kennington and Battersea in South West London. The works include two new stations, new tunnels and track, traction power substations, and headhouses.

Permarail is engaged to provide EMC services to Balfour Beatty for the delivery of the new substations and headhouse transformer rooms.

Working across 4 worksites, namely Battersea Power Station, Nine Elms station, Kennington Green and Kennington Park, Permarail is providing a suite of EMC deliverables including control plans, testing, surveying, hazard management and project files.
